Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Pix Pots Pottery! Each piece is handmade with care, and we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle processing, delivery, and local pickup.

1. Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders or Out-of-Stock Items: If you’ve placed a custom order or purchased an item that needs to be made, please allow additional time for production. Depending on the complexity of the piece and our current workload, this can take several weeks.
    We’ll give you an estimated timeline when your custom order is confirmed and keep you updated as it moves through production.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using USPS.

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

3. Local Pickup (Kokomo, IN)

If you’re local to Kokomo, Indiana, you can select Local Pickup at checkout.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you through the email or phone number provided at checkout to arrange a pickup time. Pickups are by appointment only.

4. Packaging & Breakage

All pottery is carefully wrapped and packed to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and contact us through our Contact Page. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

5. Delivery Delays

Once a package leaves our studio, shipping times are determined by USPS. Weather events, holidays, or postal delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, but we’ll do everything possible to help track delayed packages.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before the order ships.
