Pix Pots Pottery is a small handmade pottery business based in Kokomo, Indiana. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

2. Handmade Variations

All of our pieces are individually handmade, meaning that no two items are exactly alike. Slight differences in size, shape, glaze color, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Product photos are representative, but your item may differ slightly.

These variations are not considered defects, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these differences.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep product listings current, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. In that case, we’ll contact you with alternative options or a refund.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Pix Pots Pottery is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and often take several weeks to complete. Once work begins, custom orders are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to see if your order qualifies for cancellation.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines for in-stock items are typically 3–5 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items require additional time for production. More details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Pix Pots Pottery and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
