Refund Policy
Because each piece at Pix Pots Pottery is handmade, small variations in size, shape, and glaze color are part of what makes every item unique. These natural differences are not considered defects, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these variations.
Please review the following details regarding returns, damages, and cancellations.
1. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for items that vary slightly from photos, as every piece is individually crafted.
2. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging each order, but sometimes damage can occur in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made to order and often take several weeks to complete. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation.
4. Lost Packages
Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by USPS. If your package is lost in transit, contact us through our Contact Page. We’ll help you file a claim with USPS and work toward a resolution, but we cannot guarantee refunds for lost packages.
